Beauty

Some Ansel Adams...may have spelled it wrong.

Just felt like showing it.
So hello all.
Been a hot day out here in Phoenix, hitting a high of about 112.
Today we all just kinda relaxed and then I worked out, went swimming, and took one of those long walks that allows you to think about it all. You know what I mean? Those can be good haha.

Hit up some In'N'Out burger to put everything back that I had lost and then made my way back to the hotel for some free style painting. Getting ready to write a little more right now...been almost a full day since I've gotten some ideas out.

Really wanting this blog to turn itself more into an open forum of discussion, almost like those Socratic seminars we had to do in high school. You know what I mean?

Anyways, thanks for the comment junjojo...never read it but you know I have to now.

Also meant to mention this: I was in Border's the other night and I picked up a new writer's writings...Jorge Luis Borges.
I sifted through his last book of fictional stories and while they are short, they are also brilliant. Really inspired me and intrigued me with some of his ideas.

Feel free to comment on anything you would like.

P.S. Jim Morrison has almost been surpassed as my favorite all-time lyricist/singer. Bob Dylan is tied...Visions of Johanna, Not Dark Yet, Sara, Pressing On....all of his songs are just pure genious.

But does anything of his beat The End by Jimmy? I don't know...

While watching the Trials

So I am sitting here tonight enjoying some coverage of the Olympic Trials...aside from that I have a lot of different ideas on my mind for my current project, some seem like they will fade to nothing while others while rise on their own. Haha we will see.

Anyways, I am currently working on the pain of losing love. We all have felt it. Having that girl or boy leave your life, tearing you up inside for awhile. Well, I have just completed the actual breakup but did it in a way which sort of blows over the whole relationship, giving small hints at problems. I am pleased with it so far as it was purely imagery, and soon will dive into more facts.

Being a young man, I only have so much heartache ;)
I was hoping that perhaps a few of you bloggers, if it is not too painful, could discuss a bit of your past relationships and feelings you received/ reasons for parting of ways/ good, bad and ugly of the relationship.

Thanks a lot and don't be afraid to just post random ideas/ nonsense. I want this blog to be one which can allow all up and coming or advanced writers, poets, musicians, politicians, scientists (need I go on) to discuss their opinions and views.

Thanks all

David
